When Seventeen released their first official recording in 1980 the concept of a promotional video was something that did not exist as a concept. there were only live or mimed TV appearances as a way to be seen, but with the creation of MTV in 1981 the music video became a thing

Unsafe Building the original release in 1981 had no official video at the time but in connection with the expanded release of Eponymous in 2018 a video was put together using footage from one of the early Rockpalast, Germany TV shows

Marching On the original release in October 1982 had no official video at the time but in connection with the expanded release of Eponymous / Declaration in 2018 a video was put together using a mix of live footage of The Alarm from The Tube UK TV appearance in January 1984 and news footage of protest marches of the 1982/83 era

The Stand was released in the UK in April 1983 prior to the band visiting the USA for the first time in June 1983 as support to U2, for the bands first USA tour The Stand EP/Eponymous was put together to mark the end of the tour and provide a compilation of the first two UK single releases. Again no video was produced but The Alarm appeared on the USA TV show Cutting Edge on 1st September 1983 as an IRS label special feature, and The Alarm’s first appearance on US TV. The footage from this was used to help promote the band including their first solo USA tour that followed this appearance. In 2018 a remastered version of this and the Cutting Edge video was released as a video as part of the expanded Eponymous album release

Sixty Eight Guns was released in the UK on 12th September 1983 and was the first official video shot by the band to help promote the song alongside touring and TV appearances. The underpass scene with the band walking through is a homage to a scene in the cult movie “A Clockwork Orange”

Where Were You Hiding? (When The Storm Broke) was released in the UK on 3rd January 1984 with a performance shot in a studio with various effects added. In 2018 the original video was remastered. At the same time a second video was release Where Were You Hiding When The Storm Broke?
