Name given to Mike Peter’s electric band featuring Eddie Macdonald in the Spring of 2000 by a promoter (name?) when they opened for Big Country. Subsequently the name stuck as The Alarm 200X as Mike Peters worked through the slow process of relaunching The Alarm for the 21st century.
