Rhyl is a town in Wales, where Mike Peters and Eddie Macdonald grew up living on Edward Henry Street
The Toilets, Seventeen, Mike Peters & Poets of Justice, Mike Peters (solo) have played live gigs at various venues
For the 30th anniversary of The Alarm in June 2011 Mike did a solo show at Rhyl Town Hall

The 1520 club was a club set up by Mike Peters in December 1977 to promote New Wave bands. One of the first bands to play was Amsterdam which featured Eddie MacDonald
