Michael Leslie Peters was born at Chatsworth House Community Hospital, Prestatyn, Wales on 25th February 1959 and has lived in Prestatyn for part of his childhood and adult life. His Mother ran a shop on the high street where the family lived above the shop and a number of The Alarm songs were written there in his room which was nicknamed “The Fridge” as it was so cold.
