Mike Peters solo acoustic performance
On a quick off-season trip to London with my cousin Becky. We took the Eurostar train thru the Chunnel specifically to go to Eurodisney and we were walking out after an early closing of the park when we heard an Alarm song over the loudspeakers in the restaurant area. We were outside several clubs / cafés / themed restaurants near the gift shops and the hotel so we stopped to listen. Then we heard Mike talking and realised he was performing there! Well, we had to find him! But when we tried to track him down none of the restaurants were open and we couldn’t find any staff who knew where the music was coming from. So we just kept listening from the alfresco courtyard and pinching ourselves that we found Mike Peters playing acoustic Alarm and solo songs in Eurodisney – LynInVenice Nelson – Alarm fan

Disney Village sits just outside the park’s main entrance area. It’s a collection of shops, restaurants and bars aimed at getting the guests to hang around (and continue spending) after they’ve done the rides and met Mickey. At the time of this gig it would have gone under its original name of Festival Disney. This is probably where @LyninVenice was listening to it. Now I can’t say for certain where they played but the only indoor venue that I know of from that time was called Rock N Roll America. It regularly hosted live music from a series of house bands but any visiting ‘name’ act usually played there – Shaun Finnie – Alarm Fan
